The competition season for the Pella Marching Dutch started with a successful Saturday in Urbandale. The band received first place in Class 3A and swept the caption awards for best drumline and color guard. Pella’s team score of 86.3 was the most of the 17 teams competing in Class 2A, 3A, and 4A. PCM placed 3rd in Class 2A as well.

The Marching Dutch next in action at the Valleyfest Showdown on Saturday, October 8th. Knoxville and Indianola are performing in the day show.
