October 19th is National Support Your Local Chamber of Commerce Day, a day set aside once each year to spread awareness about local businesses and to convey gratitude to local chambers for supporting the growth of entrepreneurs and local businesses. Brenda Easter with the Indianola Chamber tells KNIA News the chamber is proud to be a significant part of the community.

Easter also said to never underestimate the value of belonging to your local chamber of commerce, and remember that your input and participation benefit both you and your entire community.
