The Knoxville Federated Garden Club will be holding an event October 9th from 3-5 p.m. at the Bessie Spaur Butterfly Garden located on the south grounds of the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics at 1002 South Lincoln Street.
Those who want to attend are asked to bring a blanket or a lawn chair.
Sandra Chrisman explained why it is important to come to the event, “Well, it’s out at the garden club located out by the Knoxville hospital. This is a little thank you and way to show off our little garden that we work so hard on all year long.”
There will be music provided by Gina Gedler along with Ben Hagen. Together they cover Jazz standards, Country, Showtunes, Disco, prohibition Jazz, and 70s and 80s music.
There will also be light refreshments and a silent auction. Donations to the Knoxville Federated Garden Club for community projects are welcomed.
