The general election is coming up. Absentee ballot requests to be mailed are currently being accepted. The first day to absentee vote at the Marion County Auditor’s Office is Wednesday, Oct. 19th between the hours of 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m Monday through Friday. ID is required to participate.
The first day the Auditor’s Office can mail absentee ballots to voters who have submitted requests is Wednesday, Oct. 19th. The Voter Pre-Registration deadline is Monday, October 24th.
The deadline to request a mailed Absentee Ballot is Oct. 24th.
The Auditor’s Office is open for in person voting – Saturday, November 5th, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
The last day to vote Absentee Ballot at the Marion County Auditor’s Office is Monday, November 7th.
If returning an Absentee Ballot by mail, the Absentee Ballot must be postmarked no later than November 7th and received in the Marion County Auditor’s Office by 8:00 p.m. on Nov. 8th.
On Election Day, Tuesday, November 8th polling hours are 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. ID required to vote.
