The Twin Cedars Volleyball Squad will host a pod in the Bluegrass Conference Tournament tonight. The Sabers, who finished 4th in the conference, got the final hosting spot in the conference tournament with a 3-1 record. The Sabers will play Diagonal in match one and Lamoni in match three. Coach Randie Gist tells KNIA/KRLS Sports one thing they have been working on this season is playing to the end of the set and not get too far down when things are not going well.

Gist: “If we are down, just push through until the scoreboard one way or another says 25 points, and the girls are a bit hard on themselves when they get down.”

Action tonight gets underway at 5:30. The team with the best record will advance to the semi-finals on Thursday at Moravia.
