The Friends of Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge is hosting an inaugural Walk for the Wild 5K Challenge this Saturday at Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge in Prairie City. Join one of 32 teams across the United States- and the only team in Iowa, walking in support of our public lands during National Wildlife Refuge Week, and stop by the Friends table at either site from 9 am – 1 pm for some *limited edition* Team Tallgrass items.
