The general election is coming up. Absentee ballot requests to be mailed are currently being accepted. The first day to absentee vote at the Marion County Auditor’s Office is Wednesday, Oct. 19th between the hours of 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m Monday through Friday. ID is required to participate.
The first day the Auditor’s Office can mail absentee ballots to voters who have submitted requests is Wednesday, Oct. 19th. The Voter Pre-Registration deadline is Monday, October 24th. The deadline to request a mailed Absentee Ballot is Oct. 24th.
