Funeral services for Anna Rae Van Hemert, 79, of Oskaloosa, will be held Friday, October 21st, at 10:00 a.m. in the Bates Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery at Pella. Visitation will begin Thursday, October 20th, after 12 noon in the Bates Funeral Chapel and the family will be at the funeral chapel from 5-7 Thursday evening to greet friends and relatives. Memorials may be made to the MHP Hospice Serenity House. The Bates Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
