The Friends of the Library will be holding a Book Sale at the Knoxville Public Library Friday, October 21st from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Saturday, October 22nd from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Also beginning on October 21st The State Historical Society will be bringing a mobile bus to town through Wednesday, October 26th. The bus will be open each day during that time with the exception of Sunday. The bus will be open at 10 a.m. each of those days.

The mobile bus is called History on the Move, History 101. There will be plenty of history to learn about Iowa’s past. The bus is filled with items about Iowa.
