Work on the Downtown Indianola Square Reconstruction Project continued over the past week, including the completion of all concrete work on the project. The walkable path, landscaping features, and the street poles are all installed on Ashland.

Over the next week, all electrical work and landscaping installation will be completed, and the sidewalk fence is planned to be removed on October 27th.

Once the final walkthrough and smaller items are completed, all roads will be open to traffic, and construction on the alley behind Regions Bank may start in November.
