The Veterans Administration Community Based Outpatient Clinic, otherwise known as CBOC, will be offering a free flu shot clinic for veterans twice in the near future.

 The first clinic is scheduled from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. October 26th at the Knoxville CBOC facility located at 1607 North Lincoln Street in Knoxville. All veterans are invited to stop in and get the flu shot. The second clinic is November 16th from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Knoxville CBOC facility.

Erin Dingman, nurse manager at the facility, said, “For appointments we would prefer you call ahead, but we’ll be hosting a flu shot clinic which will require no appointment.”

If available a COVID Booster shot will be provided for veterans as well in the future.
