The 2022 Marion County Fairboard election is set for Monday, December 5th at 7:00 p.m. The. election is to elect members to the 24-member Fairboard.

Those individuals who have pre-registered to vote in the election are asked to sign-in at 6:30 p.m. for the meeting in Dyer-Hudson Hall.

Current Marion County Fairbord members who are up for election this year include, Jim Baker, Larry Cummings, Kevin DeLong, Bob Riggen, Randy Shives, Kirn Stevenson, Art Worrall and Jim Bob Darnell.

Jason Reed, Knoxville Raceway General Manager said in addition to those eight spots up for re-election, there are two other open seats this year. According to Reed there will be eight three-year terms to be filled and two for one-year.
