The Knoxville Football Receiving corps will see some new faces in the line up next season. Four of the players that had receptions this season were seniors so a new line up will have to step into those roles. The good news is many of those players already had playing time and were a part of the receivers this season. Along with that, Head Coach Matt Dunkin tells KNIA/KRLS Sports, the offensive line will entirely return after getting a season together this year.

Dunkin: “We’ve got some skill guys that can take over and fill those holes in. Another thing we’re really excited for is our entire offensive line returns, and with both of those areas, we’re really excited to see what we can do next year.”

Koby Higginbotham and Jay Kellar were the top two receivers this season, and Connor Willis, who Dunkin says developed into a multi dimensional player, will be back as well. Dunkin adds the front line was getting better at the end of the season and for the most part stayed healthy this year.
