John Andrew Dallas Minter, age 85, of Oskaloosa, passed away on Friday, November 11, 2022, at the Oskaloosa Care Center in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Bates Funeral Chapel with Pastors Nick Hughes and Mike Dotson officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa, Iowa. The Bates Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Open visitation will begin Tuesday, November 15, after 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral chapel with no family present. Memorials may be made to the family.
