Voting in the Warren County midterm elections was slightly down compared to the 2018 midterms.

According to the Iowa Secretary of State, 24,329 voters cast ballots in the 2018 midterm elections, with a registered voter turnout of 67.88% participation. Compared to 2022, 24,011 cast ballots with a registered voter turnout of 61.17%.

Voters participating in the county election races stayed close to numbers received in 2018, with Republican incumbents Doug Eichholz and Julie Dougherty, for Attorney and Treasurer Respectively, were both within several hundred votes of 2018 in their re-election in 2022.
