The Pella Opera House is kicking off the annual Festival of Trees this Saturday.

Events Coordinator Jara Johnson with the Pella Opera House says the festival will be open through the end of the Tour of Homes and Kerstmarkt on Saturday, December 3rd, for the exception of Sundays and Thanksgiving day. Participants can shop for Christmas and winter decorations at the Boutique on the Balcony and take a path through the Great Hall for the display of trees, wreaths and tablescapes.

Many items will be offered through a silent auction. All proceeds from the bidding and the Christmas Boutique are used to support youth programming at the Pella Opera House. More details can be found at the Pella Opera House website.
