With a quick tempo and motion offense, the Twin Cedars Boys Basketball Squad is looking to use its quickness to get baskets and cause problems on the defensive end for the opponent. Coach Mateo Varese tells KNIA/KRLS Sports he expects to see a lot of man-to-man defense from teams early on.
Varese: “Were looking at a lot of motion offenses, just getting the defense in a bad position. I can see a lot of teams in the conference see us as a weaker team, so if we can use our quickness in the motion offense and get us in a good position.”
The Sabers will open up the season Tuesday night at Wayne.
