The last of the winter sports teams at Pella High School needing to start their winter dockets will do so early this week. The Dutch bowlers are at home this afternoon to host Oskaloosa, with both the boys and girls once again fielding competitors. Action begins at 3 this afternoon at Dutch 200 Bowl and Grill.

Pella’s boys basketball team begins their new era of competition against non-conference opponent North Polk Tuesday. The Comets were part of a loaded substate bracket with the Dutch this past February, with Winterset ultimately prevailing over both.

The Dutch boys will open with their first twin bill with the girls against North Polk Tuesday, with coverage beginning at 5:45 on 92.1 KRLS.
