The Pella Christian girls basketball will play on back-to-back nights starting this evening with a non-conference battle at Van Meter.

The Eagles and Bulldogs are both still searching for that elusive first win of the season, as Pella Christian enters the contest with an 0-4 record and Van Meter holds an 0-3 mark. While looking to improve to 1-4, the Eagles are also hoping to change their fortune against the Bulldogs. In the Varsity Bound era, Van Meter holds a 7-3 advantage since 2014 and has won the last four games between the schools. Pella Christian’s last win against Van Meter came on November 18th, 2017, when they won 54-32.

Tonight’s contest between the Eagles and Bulldogs at Van Meter High School begins at 7:15 p.m.
