The Knoxville public works budget presentation took place at the council meeting Monday. It included water reclamation, streets and the cemetery.

The discussion was about potentially building a new building for office and shop space at the cemetery. Knoxville City Manager Heather Ussery tells KNIA/KRLS News, they will be using some cemetery funds that are set aside specifically for use within the cemetery, and will be able to leverage the funds towards the new building. It has been needed for several years now.
