The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session Monday at 6:15 p.m. The council will hear the Knoxville Chamber Year in review. The board will consider approving a resolution approving an agreement between the City Of Knoxville and Iowa Inspections, LLC related to Rental Housing Inspections

They will consider a resolution Approving Preliminary Plans, Specifications, Form Of Contract, notice to bidders and Estimate of Cost and Ordering of bids for the 2022 Veterans Parks Projects.

The board will look at a resolution approving agreement between the city and Wendel for Architect Services.

Modifications to Dental Office Site Plan documents will be considered. They will hold a discussion and consider possible action regarding code regarding housing.

The will consider potential use of the Veteran’s District by the Fair Board/Raceway and Knoxville Community School District, and associated amendments to the concept plan. 

The Administration and Zoning Budget Presentation will also be reviewed.
