The Indianola City Council met in regular session Monday. The council first met in a study session to review a draft report of a compensation study for city employees, and reviewed the preliminary budget report.

In regular session, the council approved appointments to the Board of Adjustment, a rezoning application, and tabled withdrawal from the Intergovernmental Agreement for the Promotion of Tourism and Convention Activities in the Greater Des Moines area. The council also approved an ordinance amendment regarding sewer service outside of city limits, and a resolution for the building of storage units at 1818 North 7th Street before going into closed session to discuss real estate.
