The PCM boys wrestling triangular at Roland-Story scheduled for last Thursday was made up at PCM high school Tuesday night, and the Mustangs dominated the night with a 78-6 win over Roland-Story and a 69-10 win over Perry.
11 different PCM wrestlers finished 2-0 on the night, with three of the 11 doing so by fall in both matches. Hewitt Brinegar need just under two and a half minutes combined in his bouts to defeat his opponents at 145 lbs. Wyatt Wheeler wrestled at both 170 lbs. and 182 lbs. and won in both weight classes, while Joel Greiner did the same at 220 lbs. and 285 lbs.
The other eight wrestlers that went 2-0 on the night for PCM included: Kaliber Fry (106), Zach Richards (120), Remington Fry (126), Harrison Brinegar (132), Tucker Wheeler (138), Jeffrey McDanel (152), Gage Messerli (160), Finn Wilson (182).
The Mustangs’ boys wrestling team is now 8-2 on the season. PCM returns to action on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023 with a triangular with Saydel and Lynnville-Sully.
