Simpson college football wide receiver and PCM High School alum Reed Worth was selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-America Second Team earlier this week. Worth is the first Storm recipient since 2020, and seventh in team history. Worth led the American Rivers Conference in receiving yards, receiving yards per game and receiving touchdowns. He was the only receiver in the league to surpass 1,000 yards and his season total of 1,157 was the third-highest in school history. At the end of the regular season, Worth’s receiving yards and 13 touchdowns ranked sixth in Division III, while his 115.7 yards per game were eighth-best.
