The holiday season brings many friends and families together, and with the increase of spending time in close proximity with others, Warren County Health Services wants to pass along safety tips to keep in mind over the next month. Director Dr. Joelle Stolte tells KNIA News a simple way to help stay healthy is to wash your hands as much as you can.

“Constantly wash your hands to prevent the spread of germs. It is flu season, so wash your hands with soap and clean them thoroughly, with running water for at least 20 seconds.”
