Another round of snow is increasingly likely later today into Monday morning. According to the National Weather Service, 1-2″ is in the forecast, and may make it a “true” White Christmas evening. While temperatures will remain in the teens later today through Monday, another bitter cold night is expected into Tuesday morning, before a much warmer air mass settles in. Highs in the 30s are expected in the middle of the week, with temperatures increasing into the 40s for multiple days heading into the new year. Another active weather system is possible next weekend as well, although details won’t come until later in the week.
