A Knoxville man was charged with Burglary in the First Degree when he was picked up and arrested December 23rd.

According to court documents, Eric Alan Parker, 28, committed burglary in the first degree upon the property of the victim while persons were present, and intentionally inflicted bodily injury on the victim.

Individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
