The Twin Cedars Basketball Squads split with Tri-County on Thursday with the girls winning 38-16 and the boys falling 41-36. In the girls game, Kisha Reed led three players in double figures with 14 points, she also grabbed nine rebounds and had four steals. Cheyanne Bruns put in 11 points, and Rylee Dunkin scored ten. While she did not score, Cristen Durian gobbled up 16 rebounds. In the boys game, Coach Mateo Varese was disappointed in his team’s effort. Holden Roberts scored 18 points to lead the way for the Sabers. Twin Cedars is off until Tuesday when the Sabers travel to Diagonal.
