The PCM boys wrestling team hits the road tonight for a Heart of Iowa Conference triangular at South Hamilton, while the boys basketball team hosts Earlham for a non-conference game.
The Mustangs wrestling team enters the league triangular with Greene County and the hosts fresh off a first-place finish in their home tournament this past Saturday. PCM had four individuals come in second place, with an additional two wrestlers placing third in their respective weight classes.
Back in Monroe, the Mustangs’ boys basketball team hosts Earlham in a matchup of teams looking to get back into the win column. Both PCM and the Cardinals have dropped four of their last five outings, with each squad dropping their one contest this week. On the season, Earlham boasts a slightly better record at 4-5 overall, while the Mustangs stand at 3-9.
The PCM wrestling triangular at South Hamilton High School tonight begins at 6 p.m., while tip-off of the boys basketball game at PCM High School is at 7:15 p.m.
