The Pella Christian Bowling teams traveled to Oskaloosa Saturday afternoon and despite a solid effort, were swept in the meet. The Eagles boys team fell to the Indians 2925-2176, while the P.C. girls dropped their match 2081-1946. 

The Pella Christian boys were led in the meet Saturday by Evan DeJong who posted a score of 308, followed by Andrew DeVries at 293 and Andrew VanKooten with a 290. Alexa Klaasen led the Eagles girls team with a new team record round one score of 428. Klaasen’s effort was followed by Dani Roose with a score of 259 and Caitlin Veenstra at 240.

Pella Christian returns back to Pella for their next meet this coming Saturday hosting Gilbert for a 1:00 p.m. match at Dutch 200 Bowl and Grill.
