The Knoxville Boys Basketball Squad will get an early start to the week with a non conference game against Grinnell on Monday. The Panthers are steaming from a loss to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont on Friday, which knocked them out of 1st place in the South Central Conference and now set their sights on a Tigers squads, while low on victories this season, are still a threat with the arduous schedule that is the Little Hawkeye Conference. Coach Troy Pearson knows that while Grinnell has not won a lot, the Tigers are still a team that Knoxville needs to beat to raise its profile for the upcoming sub-state.
