Braydon John Epping, 18 of Knoxville, was charged with two felonies for an alleged incident on
November 30, 2022. He was charged with Burglary in the Third Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree.
Court records state that Epping was charged with Burglary in the Third Degree as a burglary took place by entering an occupied structure without a right, license or privilege to do so, while having the intent to commit a felony, assault or theft.
The Criminal Mischief charge states that Epping intentionally damaged, defaced, altered or destroyed property at the cost of replacing, restoring and/or repairing which exceeds $1,500.
