Pleasantville held their Sno*Ball event Feb. 3. Dena Burgett, student council representative, tells KNIA/KRLS News, the Sno*Ball events have been held at the school for many years. The event serves as a winter homecoming.

The Pleasantville senior class selects the candidates and then the entire student body picks the King and Queen. Named as Queen for 2023 was Peyton Seuferer and the King was Ross Stephens.

In addition to crowning a King and Queen, there was a dance at the end of the night. Candidates for Queen were Emma Danks, Azell Smith and Peyton Seuferer. The King candidates were Peyton Major, Parker Sheets and Ross Stephens. 

The crowning of the King and Queen was during halftime of the boys game against AC/GC. Burgett credited DJ Matt Wieck for doing a nice job with the music.
