A Knoxville man, Snow Van Hofften, was charged with Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree from an incident that allegedly took place January 15, 2023.

Van Hofften allegedly touched the victim in a sexual manner under her clothing while she was sleeping without her consent. The defendant reportedly admitted to touching the victim on a recorded pretext call on January 16  at the Knoxville Police Department.

Van Hofften is being held on a $10,000 bond.
