The Simpson College women’s and men’s basketball teams host Buena Vista in an American Rivers Conference doubleheader tonight, with both teams aiming for spots in the upcoming conference tournament.

The Storm women picked up a huge win last Saturday at Luther and are firmly entrenched in the conference tournament standings in the sixth spot, but are just 1.5 games back from the third seed Coe. The Storm men are trying to get back on track, having lost seven conference games in a row, and will try to do so against the last place Beavers. Despite the loss streak, the Storm men are just a half-game back of a tournament spot.

Action starts tonight at 5:30pm.
