Terrace View by Kading Properties, located off Highway 92 next to Wal-Mart will soon be having families moving in. According to Carrie Woerdeman, Director of  Development, the property will consist of 155 market rental rate townhome units.

Woerdeman tells KNIA/KRLS News, “So once we start receiving occupancy then people will move-in as it is convenient for them. So, I’d say starting Feb. 17th, we’ll kind of expect a steady stream of move-ins as we are granted occupancy.”

 As far as the four and six plex buildings they look to open between March 1st and March 15th after they get in the meter panels.
