The Indianola boys basketball team travels to Des Moines East for a non-conference matchup tonight, one of their final tune-up opportunities before postseason begins. The Indians wrapped up a Little Hawkeye Conference title last week, but now must prepare for the slog of class 4A postseason basketball against an East team that has played a tough schedule this season and sits at 8-11. Head coach Jeff Ebling tells KNIA Sports East’s record is deceptive because they have played a tough schedule, and the Indians will go in trying to win and keep momentum heading into postseason. The game begins tonight at 7:45pm.
