Luke Paul Langebartels, 38, of Lacona, was charged with two felonies stemming from an incident in December 2022. He was charged with enticing a minor under the age of 13, sexual abuse or exploitation, as well as lascivious acts with a child – solicitation.

Langebartels is also charged with the following aggravated misdemeanor: indecent contact with a child, invasion of privacy and indecent contact with a child. He also was charged with a serious misdemeanor, dissemination and exhibiting obscene material with a minor.

An individual charged is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
