A Celebration of Life for Briar Awtry, 29 of Montezuma and formerly of Knoxville, will begin at 10:30 am Saturday, February 18, 2023 at the Community Hope Church in Montezuma. Burial of his cremains will be held in the Jackson Township Cemetery in Montezuma immedately following the service. Visitation will begin after 12:00 pm Friday, February 17, 2023 at the Community Hope Church with the family present to greet friends and relatives from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made in the family’s name and will be designated to his sons, Colton and Beau. Holland-Coble Funeral Home of Montezuma is in charge of arrangements.
