The Indianola boys basketball team faces one of their toughest tests of the season tonight as they match up with undefeated class 3A #1 rival Bondurant-Farrar in a non-conference matchup. The Indians have lost this season only to #2 and #6 in class 4A Waukee and Norwalk, while the Bluejays swept the tough Raccoon River Conference and both teams being remarkably similar, scoring over 66 points per game, giving up less than 54, and averaging less than 11 turnovers per contest.

Head coach Jeff Ebling said the guys know this will be a test, and they will have to show up in order to pick up a win.

“Just like every other night. We always tell our guys that when we are ranked like this, you are the game that teams circle, you are the team that is targeted. So you have to embrace that and make sure you know that you are going to get their best effort every night, and come out and play well from the tip to the end of the game.”

The game will be broadcast live on 94.3 KNIA and the Indianola Activities YouTube channel. Pregame coverage begins at 7:30pm, with tip-off at 7:45.
