The Pella City Council will review fees for both for Pella Fiber and Bos Landen Golf Course at their meeting this evening.

An ordinance would amend fees related to mesh WiFi services and a resolution would establish rates at the golf course now fully-operated by the City of Pella. The council will also consider accepting public improvements for Shady Brook Acres plat two, and hold two public hearings to convey easement interests to MidAmerican Energy for transmission line upgrades and to Pella Timberview, LLC.

During policy and planning, the council will discuss the revised Architectural Design Guidelines manual and receive an update about the 2022 sidewalk inspection and repair program.

The Pella City Council meeting begins at 6:00 this evening in the Pella Public Safety Complex.
