The Simpson wrestling team continue regional qualifying, while the indoor men’s and women’s track and field teams are in Storm Lake for the ARC Championships.

The Storm wrestling squad starts day-two of a two-day qualifying regional that features some of the top wrestlers in the area, and includes ranked American Rivers Conference opponents #1 Wartburg, #5 Loras, #18 Luther, #21 Coe, and #23 Dubuque. Wrestlers at the top of their brackets will advance to the national championships in Virginia in two weeks.

The Storm track and field teams are at Buena Vista University, their last tune-up event before the regional qualifying competition at Wartburg next Saturday. The Storm men are looking to improve on their 6th place finish last year, while the women finished in 9th. Action continues today at 10am.
