Former Knoxville Softball Standout Jadyn Streigle’s college career is off and running at Northwest Missouri State University. Streigle earned her 1st win last week against Quincy, going the distance while striking out seven. Streigle tells KNIA/KRLS Sports winning her first college game was a special thing.
Streigle: “It was really good because my whole team was cheering me on. They came out and hugged me and were really happy for me and it just made all the better.”
Streigle is currently 2-1 on the season getting her 2nd win of the season against Rockhurst last Sunday. So far in 24 2/3 innings she has allowed 32 hits, issued 16 walks and struck out 21 while getting an ERA of 4.54.
