Brian Ridge provides an update on the Contractor Condo building being built in Knoxville on Bell Avenue to the west of Wal-Mart and near the Vet Clinic. It’s scheduled to be completed in mid-April if the weather cooperates.

The Contractor Condo facility is a 12,000 square foot structure. Sanitary sewer is currently being installed. Ridge tells KNIA/KRLS News, where they are at with the construction, “Then we’ll move to the water main and storm sewer after that. Then the lift station we’ve got to provide for the three properties will be the last piece to go in.”

The three properties that Ridge talks about are the new race shop and dental office along with the contractor condos. The contractor condos are leased spaces for anything from contractors to anyone needing a small office space or a work space. Ridge said he will be doing one-year leases.

According to Ridge, they are probably a few weeks out from offering leases.
