A new dental clinic is being constructed on Bell Avenue by the Vet Clinic. Downing Construction is putting up the building which measures just under 5,000 square feet.

Alex Gross, Project Manager for Downing Construction, tells KNIA/KRLS News that the facility will include both hygiene and treatment rooms.

Gross said construction is going great as the weather this winter had a favorable stretch which allowed the progress needed and they are currently in the in-wall stage of installing electrical and plumbing for the next two to three weeks.

Gross added, “We’ll be starting the exterior facade on Monday, this coming Monday the 20th.”

The lift station is being put in and Gross said the construction of the entire project will be completed by the middle of August.
