The Iowa Department of Revenue announced that the Iowa Property Assessment Appeal Board (PAAB) is putting on a free online assessment presentation that anyone can register and sign up for.  

New assessments will go out in April, and the majority of calls to the Treasurer’s Office are from people who don’t understand how assessments work. 

This free online presentation, presented by the Iowa Property Assessment Appeal Board (PAAB), will provide an introduction and overview of the process for protesting a property tax assessment.
