Central College jumped four spots to #19 in the NFCA Division III Top 25 Softball Coaches Poll.
Coming off a 12-game trip to the Tucson (Ariz.) Invitational Games, Central is 13-3. While in Arizona, the Dutch won two of three hard-fought games against Concordia Wisconsin, which slipped from #16 to #20 at 9-3. Fellow American Rivers Conference member Coe College, which also played in Arizona, is #23.
Central opens its home schedule Friday with a 3 p.m. non-conference twinbill against Greenville College (Ill.).
