The PCM boys soccer squad competes for the second time in three days tonight as they host Pella Christian in the Eagles’ season opener.
The Mustangs hold a 1-0 record entering tonight’s contest, after they defeated Sigourney Tuesday night 1-0 in overtime. This evening will be the first of two games in as many days for Pella Christian, as they are scheduled to play at Albia Friday. Tonight will be the 12th meeting between the PCM and Eagles’ boys soccer teams. Pella Christian holds the advantage in those meetings, winning eight of the prior 11 matches including last season’s 4-1 victory.
Tonight’s boys soccer game between the Mustangs and Eagles at PCM High School is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m.
