The Knoxville Community Chorus will be holding “The Greatest Show,” at the First United Methodist Church.
The show is scheduled Friday, April 14 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, April 16 at 2 p.m. It is the week after Easter.
Kathleen Taylor, a member of the community chorus, tells KNIA/KRLS News, “The show is titled, “The Greatest Showman,” because we are going to do three songs out of the movie. If you haven’t seen The Greatest Showman, these songs were in the movie two or three years ago.”
The show will include selections from “The Greatest Showman,” Lennon and McCartney, as well as a mix of gospel, pop and barbershop selections. The concert is a free will donation and refreshments will be provided following the concert, courtesy of Marion County Bank.
