The Indianola City Council meets in regular session Monday. The council will hold a public hearing on the plans and contracts for the East Hillcrest Avenue Reconstruction Project, and consider a resolution approving a plat survey for property located behind 1104 Ann Parkway, an application for the Citywide Urban Revitalization Plan, and host a discussion regarding the distribution of Homeserve Utility Line Warranty Program letters and sewer rates before going into closed session to discuss the purchase or sale of real estate. The council will also meet in a study session before the regular meeting to receive an update from Catch Des Moines and receive an update regarding the new Indianola Chamber of Commerce tourism initiative.

The council will also consider a resolution providing for notice of intent to fill a Council At-Large vacancy by appointment.
